Brief Description:  First cut at planning the panel

Ok, I know this is waaaayyy early in the build process, but I thought I'd have some fun and plan my dream panel now. My best time estimate is I won't be needing avionics for about four years, so it's likely this panel will undergo some iterations as I hone in on the final result.

Before jumping right in and gathering the pieces, I've found it best to put down the mission requirements first then select the appropriate components that accomplish that mission. So in no particular order here are my parameters.

1. Minimum use of circuit breakers or fuses. Preferrably none.
2. Must be IFR capable.
3. Minimum of two-axis autopilot. I'll consider a yaw dampener after consulting with other RV pilots.
4. All electric design. No vacuum pumps on my airplane!
5. Two comm radios. Two nav radios.
6. Switches logically grouped. Critical switches (master, alternator, avionics master, fuel pump) must be sufficiently separated from other switches.
7. Flap switch and TOGA button near throttle so I can use my thumb to actuate them.
8. Headset jacks and USB ports will be located between the seats to keep wires out of the way of controls.
