Overhead Console - design and manufacture
Quite a period of time ago I constructed an Overhead console from a foam based mold. It was time to attach this to the cabin top.
I mixed a paste of Epoxy resin, milled fibre, aerosil and microballoons to ensure I had a strong but sandable join.
Fiberglass released from mold
Overhead console secured in place
