Brief Description: G3i Still not hitting the numbers
Over the weekend I steadily worked at the G3i Ignition System.
Paul, Dad and I eventually took the Automotive Ignition system off the aircraft as the RPM numbers were allover the shop and discovered that two of the Ignition cables were not conducting. This would cause a problem witht he RPM sensor.
We replaced the Aviation Harnesses to both mags and the numbers began to stabilise, however, when the mags were on they were wrong, but when Electronic Ignition on they were good.....
