I put in a big day today. 11.5 hours. I focused on getting as much of the rudder completed so that I did not fall behind awaiting the paint system decision.
I have to complete the trailing edge now and I must admit, I am a little nevous.
This is a job and a half. It has been highlighted that the trailing edge must be near on perfect otherwise it can affect the aircraft during flight. Sort of makes sense, I think I will enlist some expert help on this one.
Have had some issues with the web site recently, I am awaiting a reply from KitLog support, and it has been 3 days already. The issue is that menu is not aligning. I have changed the menu system so that it will line up according to the build through the manual (i.e. with Section Numbers). However, on changing the categories, it basically stuffed everything up. Hopefully support will be back to me in a couple of days.
I am really looking forward to finishing off the discussions the primer with Gus and Gail from Akzo Nobel. Once I have that licked I can really start to hit it hard.
Steel rulers are great.
