Varous parts of the cowling require some "modification" based on a few minor fitment problems. One of these is the front section under the propeller. This section needs to be sanded away up to 1/4" for the correct spinner placement.
Now this seems like a lot, and well, it is, however, with the backfilling the strength of the cowlwill not be compromised and the spinner will fit like a glove.
During the day I also re-enforced the cowl inlet and added the baffle caps to the engine mounts. These look great espeially with the colours chosen for the engine.
I have a few orders in at the moment and will hopefully have some more items arive ready for the weekends work.
