Brief Description: Cutting the windows and fitting
Today was a very dirty day. We cut and trimmed and adjusted the perspex windows and wind screen. It took a lot of time, however, the end result should be well worth it.
We test fit the windows and they all look good so here goes nothing....
Left window being fitted with Weld-on #10, the Vans recommended glue for this job. This is a white 2 part epoxy for use with plastics and fiberglass.
Basically we did not put enough of the glue on and there are some spaces on the window that will need some additional sealing befor final finish.
