Brief Description:  Almost completed the Duckworks light installations

Today wasa big day. Dad again dropped around and we worked on the lighting.

The internal supports for the frames took quite a long time to construct, especially with the decisions around how to mount the lights (the notches were in the wrong place) and the ballasts as the cable needs to have good access.

Riveting in the nutplates on the ribs was difficult, however, because I went hard rivets instead of pops, this made the task significantly more difficult. At least they won't come out.

All of the top and bottom perspex brakets are completed albeit 1, and ready for paint. I have a few more things to complete prior to doing a paint run, however, all looking good.

I have only the top edge of one wing to complete and the perspex cutting. I think I will leave the perspex for another day.... most likely when the wings are complete. Chow for now....
