Brief Description:
Parts cleaning and priming
The cleaning and preparation of the parts took quite a long time. I have set the process for the parts preparation as the following:
1. Acetone wipedown
2. Alumi-prep/Acid wash
3. Desogel EAP-12
4. CA-7502 2 pack primer
I have used a calculation model that only really sets a baseline. I then make some changes based on the size of the parts and the improvement in my technique...
Now the riveting begins.
