Brief Description:  Tail cone construction, drilling and strip down

While waiting for the parts for overseas, I started on the tailcone. It has bee a monster effort as the amount of work involved in just the drilling is unbelievable. I am not looking forward to the deburring as multiply the drilling by 4 to get the deburring that is required.

After a suggestion from Peter Pendergaast, I purchased a small electronic screwdriver and a screw attachment for adding the countersink to it for electronic deburring. I tired this out and it can be excellent for the aluminium that is both deep and of a softer type, otherwise I prefer the manual deburring tool.

There was a lot of effort required for the heavy fluting of the turtledeck of the tail cone.

PLEASE NOTE: Heavy fluting means just that; really heavy fluting. It looks like too much, but it is really required to line up the holes. I had to pull the top decks off twice and reflute to do it heavy enough.
