Used Plan page # 7 (Mylar) to create master form block. Rough cut the master block from 1" MDF plywood. Glued the mylar to the MDF plywood with repositioning adhesive. Carefully cut the formblock on the bandsaw right up to line. From that point I sanded the block to proper size. Then I sanded the 1/16" radius on both sides of the master form block. I then repeated the process making the master form backer block. (1/8" smaller than master)
