After hearing so much about the CH701 problem with elevator cables tightening up with yoke full right, I did some research online and discovered that Zentih had approved a minor modification to correct this design problem. The horn attached to the yoke is slightly off center causing the top cable to change tension with right-left movement of the yoke. The correction is simply to position a pulley at the same distance from the center line as the cable end. This works great and was very simple to build. However I will switch the cablesp back to the plans in preparation for FAA inspection. I can experiment with this once the Phase 1 is flown off.
