Install the elvator and check for clearance. I had to remove a little more material but it fit pretty well. Then I checked for the up and down angles using a large adjustable protractor. I have a 28 dgree down angle and 35 degree up angle which are within specifications.
Next I installed a string to check the cable path and then drilled and cut the slot in the 7C5-1 farilead. Everything will go together with clearances so I drilled the 4 horizontal stabilizer bracket holes out for AN3-4 bolts, deburred, primed and bolted the stabilizer in place. Fells good to finally get some things "permanently" attached.
