Brief Description:  Stabilizer

I leveled up the fuselage with a bubble level at the cabing and then used a plastic clear water filled tube to verify the level. Then attached the plasting tube to the outboard ends of the horizontal stabilizer to get it level with the fuselage.

I built a very large "square" out of plywood and set it on the top of the fuselage along the center line to square up the stablizer. I checked the incidence angle to get it close to the "A-E" refernce line on top of the fuselage and then drilled the front brackets. Now my stabilizer is square to the fuselage and level with the fuselage.

The only thing left is the angle of incidence so I set a level on top of the stabilizer and measured down to the "A-E" line front and rear to equalize the dimensions and then drilled the rear brackets. It came out great. This is not difficult as long as I took my time and thought out each move in advance.
