Added hinge and rib tip brackets to jig. Completed required modifications to jig made HS assembly true. Clamped and ready for procedure HS6 - Skinning Horizontal Stabilizer *note: for assemblies removed from hinges, bolt heads are oriented inward on inner hinges and outward on the outer hinges.
