Spent the day cutting baffles. Most of it was possible with the measurements provided in the Zenith FwF instructions, but the shape of the baffles is slightly different than the instructions. The parts that cut a corner rather than being perfectly square needed to have a curve added to them so it was kind of an eyeball effort. When it comes time to isntall the rubber on top of the baffles, it should make up for any errors.
