Today I got spar extension and the rear spar installed. Clecoed on spar extension and drilled out the top and bottom for the A6 rivets. Painted the joining surfaces with Zn-Cr for corrosion protection and riveted onto spar. Then started on the rear spar. Fitted all parts together and clecoed, including attaching to ribs to check fit. Disassembled and then drilled out the flanges on the rear ribs to #20. Deburred the rib flanges and took the wing skeleton outside to paint the rear flanges with Zn-Cr. Deburred all parts of the rear spar and then painted them for corrosion protection on the joining surfaces as well. Reassembled and clecoed onto the ribs. Riveted everything together, including the clips on the rear spar for wiring. Ran the wire for the nav/strobe light, then created the L-angles for the tip end of the front and rear spars.
