Brief Description: Assemble tip compression tube and bow to front spa
Pic 1. Finished step 5 with some difficulty because not all holes in the front spar aligned with each other. This was especially true of the most outboard hole where the compression tube WI-048 was to be inserted. The AVEX 0169 rivets are larger than most used in the kit and I had to hand pull these because my rivet gun broke.
Pic 2. I laid out the right bellcrank
pic 3 After completing both bell cranks I discover I did not correctly assemble the right one. I used a drill press to drill out each AVex 0414 and then reinstalled. I forgot to take a picture of the corrected right bell crank assembly.
