Pic. 1 Step 2 at page 2-8, last paragraph, directs you to tighten the bolt AN4-37A. I suggest you do not tighten this yet because Step 8 will be far easier if this bolt is not yet attached. See my log of 9/14/2015 for a detailed explanation of the process.
