Prepare AE for application of fabric. Cover rivet heads along spar. Pull on the fabric "sock." Cut excesss material from root ends, apply glue and iron ends and fabric areas to fit the AE. Lance felt and "sounded" the final fabric tension by feel. If the fabric is too tight it can pull the AE frame out of shape.
