Begin Rudder construction. Layout parts and doubler plate assembly, drill bearing plates and cleco ribs to front spar. Placed 2 x 4's accross the width of the work bench, ensured they were level horizontally and along the long axis of the table then used velco along the 2 x 4's to hold the spar at any desired angle for drilling.
