Brief Description: Mount Vertical, drill and attach bolt.
Pic. 1 shows the vertical with the 3/8 hole drilled to enlarge the small hole which was already present. The 3/8 hole allowed me to first drill the pieces under the vertical and attach the bolt seen in pic 3.
Pic 2 shows the long extension used to tighten the bolt.
