Pic. 2 Aluma Prep, prime and Step drilled back side of "Spar Carry-Thru." I step drilled, primed, clecoed and then riveted the front side first before I did the same process on the back side of the "Spar Carry-Thru" so that I would not get these jigged parts mixed up during the long drilling, prepping and priming processes.
