Finally back into some decent work again, fairly simple job of cutting out, shaping and deburring the stiffeners. This takes a while, at least 15 minutes per stiffener at this stage. Which includes stripping plastic, cutting to length, final trimming (Bandsaw and tin snips) and the edge rounding and smoothing with the scotch-brite wheel.
The right hand side is complete, and I will start on the left next week. I think I will build both elevators in parallel
