Managed to sneak in 1.5 hours after work, spent the whole of the time deburring each hole on both sides (gently). Will get onto the skin tomorrow and then start the dimpling processes throughout. Looking through the plans I will trial fit the lead weight first (enlarging the holes and dimpling etc) prior to doing it after the paint, not sure why vans said to do it last. I also feel as though I will need some additional horsepower (holding power) other than the two -10 screws holding it in place (why not bog it in). As it seems as though it will be trapped in there for the life of the aircraft once the tips are installed.
