Spent the next hour drilling and clecoing the trailing edge, it was an interesting experience.
Well I learnt a bit on this one, first one is attention to detail. I couldn’t quite work out where the trailing edge was meant to sit, i.e are there three layers at the end or does the trailing edge piece sit, or does the trailing edge perfectly fit on the inside, and allow the two pieces of sheet come together. Reading through the instructions , it seams as though the larger surfaces get a goup to hold them in place, then they are riveted.
Other bit was do ensure you drill from the centre out, and keep the whole piece on a solid flat surface that promotes the same line as the skin, this will avoid waviness or even a curve to the trailing edge. Undesirable!
