Brief Description: Redo of Aileron counter weights
The original screws that held the counter weight on the ailerons were drilled too deep. I took the screws out, prepped the holes, found some straw material that I could use to keep the basic hole in tact. Then I mixed up a batch of Flox and filled each of the 12 holes per alieron. I then took the straw pieces which I had split as I couldn't find the exact size, and I rolled and inserted them into the holes pushing out a small amount of flox with each. I centered the straws and left them to cure. Plan is to remove the straws when cured, and reset the countersinks on the screws to the correct depth and put the ailerons back together. As I was doing this I also found that the alieron hinges on the aileron side were loose and had never been tighten. I fixed those as well.
