I've put the rudder on and taken it off more times that I want to count... I've been fitting the gap on it. It was very tight and hit in a bunch of places. The drill is put it on, move it thru it's range of motion, note where the high spots are. Take it off, sand a bevel into the high spots on the Vertical Stab and then square and straighten the vertical stab edge, then repeat the process. I'm now dow n to little itty bitty rubs. Probably one or two more times and I'll call this good.
