Brief Description:  Prep and closeout of left wing

Preparation for closing out the left wing panel. Includes sanding the bonding areas, masking off areas that are to be protected from epoxy spills, inserting a dummy fuel probe, greasing the flapper valves on the inboard most tank area to make sure that epoxy spill can't foul the flapper valves, finally alignment is done to make sure the wing is in the jig for proper placement and warpage. Installation of the fuel vent check valve is completed with teflon thread sealant. Two thicknesses of foam is added at the trailing edges of the wing tips, this sets the final thickness. Epoxy used is Hysol and it's first mixed with no flox, put on each bonding area as wetout, then the top skin is placed on and pressure is asserted to mark and transfer the areas of bond to the top skin. The Hysol is then scraped off and recovered to have flox added to it. This is then heaped into a small triangle shape on all bonding surfaces and the top skin is replaced on top, weight is added along with aluminum tubes to provide even pressure. Clecos are used at the wing tip to hold the top and bottom together and duct tape is used on the leading edge to maintain pressure and create a constant squeeze out.
