Drilled to final size R-713 to R-703. Drilled to final size all prepunched holes in R-802PP spar web. Drilled to final size holes that attach R-710 to R-405PD and R-704. Clecoed R-801PP skin, R-703 tip rib and R-713 counterbalance skin to the understructure. Clamped R-716 rudder bottom attach strips to the assembly. Match drilled R-710 to R-716 to rudder assembly using holes in R-801OO and R-704 as guides.
