Laid out the flap torque tube for drilling and my bearing brackets were to far outboard to get the right edge distance on the tubes. Made new bearings (again) and set everything up and drilled the torque tube pieces. Everything looks good now, the flap travel is 25 degrees and it stops just short of the top of the aft fuselage bulkhead. Still have to drill and bolt in the bearing brackets and tighten everything up then I will be done with that. The flaps have given me the most problems of anything else.
