Brief Description: Control cables

Upper elevator control cable was hitting aileronn torque tube arm at full rt aileron. Made a new fairlead to keep it free. Installed and checked controls. Started wiring Nav and strobes.

Still close so moved next fairlead hole

Moved the cable to right a bit

This is full deflection stopped by control stick
