Deburred floor panels at gear channel. Zinc chromated all mating surface - Rear floor panel and aft side of gear channel. Riveted same. Fitted, drilled and deburred gusset at gear channel and spar. Zinc chromated and riveted gusset. Gear attach brackets - drilled two holes on each side and clecoed to channel, to check level.
