Interior of aileron deburred and all mating surfaces zinc chromated, bottom skin riveted. Installed servo and rod. Rigged servo full up and full down. Riveted all of tab. Trim Tab done and rigged, and safetied, lock nuts tightened. Fitted doubler along top flange of aieron, to get wash out to specs. Previously drilled and no wash out. Made doubler for tip of aileron. Will rivet top skin after aileron fitted on wing.
