Per letter from Chris Heintz dated 3/28/2008 to limit elevator down stops to 12 to 15 degrees, replaced the control downstop to limit down travel to 15 degrees. Re-rigged stick to give more clearance at the instrument panel and checked up travel for 30 to 32 degrees up travel. Set at 32 degrees On this Mod he changed the minimum up travel from 27 to 30 degrees keeping the maximum the same though at 32 degrees.
