Cleaning up the wiring. Securing and routing it so no stress and most direct. Harnesses are not the best idea unless you keep one end without connectors or if you make a lot of individual harnesses then bundle them. Wiring the stick is a lot of extra work that I am not sure is worth it, putting the trim switches on the panel or on the middle panel would have saved a lot of work, and if anything goes bad it would be a lot easier to handle on the panel.
