Fitted piano hinge to rear spar and drilled holes. Deburred all holes on top skin, cleaned and primed all mating surfaces. Vacumed out interior of stabilizer, checked fit of elevator, double checked all of interior for any dicrepancies and closed up. Riveted all but the trailing edge, piano hinge. Will not rivet until elevator is fitted with the piano hinge so I won't have to fight it when attaching elevator.
