Brief Description: Skyview System Wiring
|

I have been very bad updating my recent work. I will get that done soon. The electrical wiring and interconnects make my head want to explode. I took it slow, and made/revised many iterations of the wiring. I have annotated copies of my avionics install PDF files saved showing pinouts, wire colors, names, additional lines drawn for special connedctions, etc.. That makes it much easier to stay on top of it. Many, many wires, shield grounds, dsub and miniature dsubs. Some days I had trouble straightening up after bending over the work all day, cutting , crimping, throwing away, measuring, snipping, twisting wire ends that didn't want to go in the miniature dsub pins. After awhile I got the hang of it and like everything else, it just became easier, but still tedious. Ran wire runs down to the tunnel on both sides for future routing through the spar. I am now ready to pull out the GTN750, PMA5000EX, SL40 and install those wire assemblies into the rear of the stacks and reinstall those units. Yeah!!
