Brief Description:  Troubleshoot EIS Issue

One more issue developed with the ElectroAir system. After fixing the coil wiring problem, I discovered another probably of my doing. Upon starting on Mag only, it ran so well. When I added the EIS, it ran worse. More troubleshooting. Ends up the physical EIS toggle switch was installed upside down. No outer markings to warn. That meant that all along, with the EIS switch down, it was actually on and it was the EIS that was making the engine run beautifully. When I flipped the switch up to turn on, it was actually being turned off and running on the mag. Sigh. ElectroAir did question what color plug wires I had. I told them it was their blue wires. I was told it would be good idea to switch to their red wires. Substantially better wires. (5700 ohms per foot vs 350 per foot for the blue ones). They changed to red wires years ago, so I made 4 new plug wires and installed them. OHM check showed all wires were within the allowed 10% +/- range of 5700/ft. I can now claim excellent EIS performance and am working on the mag side to smooth that run.
