Took advantage of Dynon's trade in program and upgraded the Pilot and Copilot EFIS to Dynon's Skyview HDX1100 system. The swap was not exactly plug and play, but close. A couple of attach holes did not line up and had to be redrilled. When I think of what the RV6 build requres of the builder, this was nothing. A lower spacer covered the small gap at the bottom of the EFIS cutout. This happens because the push button lower panel is projected outward on the HDX. You cannot see the spacer after the installation. The EMS screen setup requires a clean configuration due to the updated way you can display all your stuff on the screens. Again, not a big deal and it helps me get accustomed to the new EFIS. All turned out perfect in the end.
