The right tank calibration went without a hitch. However I did forget to 'start' the Dynon program until I put 2 gallons in. So, empty and 2 gallons shows the same voltage. It should be empty at 2.69v. 2 gals=2.51v; 4 gals-2.23v; 6 gals=2.06v; 8 gals=1.80v; 10 gals=1.60v; 12 gals=1.35v; 14 gals=1.02v; 16 gals=0.70v; 18 gals=0.65v; 19 gals=0.65v.
The fuel guage reads 16+ , meaning it remains at full until less than 16 gallons remain at which time it will start decreasing to zero.
No leaks on this tank so far.
Transferring fuel back into 5-gallon containers was tricky. I positioned the setup under the drain. Previously loosened the fitting so I could remove it by hand. Tank drains down 5 gallons. I put my finger into the end of the drain, blocking it with one hand, put the funnel into next container, swap container positions with my other arm and then remove my finger and start container two. Repeating it until done. Minor leakage but it worked well.
