Brief Description:  Final Day of Spar Installation

So I have finally completed the wing spar installation, torquing all the nuts and applying torque seal. Basically, AN3 torqued to 33 in/lbs.(25 plus 8 for the actual nut tension). AN4 to 75 in/lbs ( 62 plus 13 for nut tension), and AN5 rear spar bolt 120 in/lbs, and the large AN6 close tolerance bolts in the spar at 180 in/lbs (165 plus 15 for nut tension). I don't know what to do next:):):) Just kidding. I am going to wax tie the two wire bundles and begin the center console install with the fuel lines, fuel pump, associated wiring and some isolation foam to keep fuel lines comfortable underneath the center console cover between the spar and the firewall exit. I modified the RV7 center console to accomodate the Andair fuel pump and associated plumbing. Yep. That will be next.
