Continued installing and torquing spar bolts. This was the left wing rear spar bolt. Close tolerance NAS bolt, torqued to 100 inch lbs, then increased torque enough to fully insert MS24665-208 cotter pin. That took about 120 inch lbs. Put tie wraps onto the fuel tank vent line to secure the black ribbed covering over the coiled line. Back to the spar now to make spacers for the right wing F699 reinforcement angle. You'll see why when I post it..
