Brief Description:  Rear Spar Bolt install

This NAS close tolerance AN5 bolt holds the rear spar in place. Its in the ''5/8 inch edge distance" requirement hole most people worry about.

The castle nut gets tightened until minimum 100 inch lbs. Keep adjusting the nut until the cotter pin hole becomes entirely visible. Tightened until about 120 inch lbs and inserted the MS24665-208 cotter pin. Bent the tabs correctly and moved on.
Installed the fuel tank attach AN4 bolt. This is not a maximum torque situation. Just tighten to minimum 50 inch lbs and safety wire the bolt head. In case of accident, the fuel tank can pull away from fuselage and stay with wing rather than rupturing and dousing fuel everywhere.
Also added tie wraps around the fuel tank vent line black ribbed covering which I had previously insalled to secure the vent line coils.
