Manual Reference:  Wing Install
Brief Description:  Left Wing Install

Right wing remained temporarily installed and now I inserted the left wing for testing sweep and rear spar clearances. The new W407B and doubler is 1/2 inch longer and after I squared up the plumb bobs, made certain the distance from central point at tail to the same place outboard on each wing measured the same. 15 ft 7 inches in this case. They did exactly. Sweep of both wings are equal at 0. I marked up the rear spar attach point in green on picture 3. That area means the drill point for the attach bolt can start anywhere within the green and be ok on edge distances. I get a little more than 1/8" vertical safe zone and 1/2 inch horizontal safe zone to start the hole. I'm so happy. The left wing has a minor slight twist so I will average the incidence over the whole span and that will be the degree I set both wing incidences to. I'm guessing it will be 0.3 degrees. We'll see.
