Brief Description:  Drill out rear spar W407B and Doubler 7

Plugged 3 keeper rivet holes in rear spar per Vans suggestion rather than leave them open. 4th one did not penetrate the spar when I removed the old work so wohoo. For most of the replacement rivets, I am using Cherrymax 3213-4-4. Stronger than standard 470 AD4 rivets and attaching them is easier because they are pull rivets. The wing was closed up its easier to secure the new W407B and doubler with pull rivets. I will use standard 470 AD4 when I get to the doubler because I can reach inbetween rib 1 and rib 2 with a bucking bar.
Found another problem with original builder's left wing. Its very frustrating. I have found a number of mistakes on this build (factory quickbuild and original builder errors). All are fixable, but it just slows me down. Latest is on the top skin left wing 1st rib. Instead of drilling and riveting every other hole so there is room to mark, drill, countersink for the wing fairing, he drilled and riveted every hole. So, I have to remove every other rivet, and awkwardly match drill the wing fairing to existing holes in the wing skin. Then, install nutplates and countersink the AN426AD3 dimpled holes to accept #8 screws. Oh joy.
