Brief Description:  Drill out rear spar W407B and Doubler 6

With perfect zero sweep and all plumb bobs on the same line, I have success now with left wing rear spar. More than enough (1/4 inch) of available drilling space, shown in green in photo below. Wow. Makes me wonder why Vans didn't make all the W407Bs 22 inches long instead of 21 3/8. Oh well. I'll take wing out now to rivet the replacement parts in place plus try for standard rivets in the 1st wing bay. I can reach into that one for bucking. Also, I have to fill 3 #40 holes in rear spar where keeper rivets were drilled out. And, I have to get a vacuum in there to suck out all the original rivet shop heads after they were punched backwards into the wing area. Also wondering about making sure when re-riveting, the wing ribs rear flanges remaining tight against the rear spar when I pull the Cherry Maxs.
