Brief Description:  Drill out rear spar W407B and Doubler 3

Received response from Vans Aircraft about using Cherrymax rivets to secure the newly made W407B and W407D doubler. Bucking original AN470 AD4 rivets was not possible without removing wing skins for access. It is possible to use those rivets in the first two bays of the wing because I can get in there to manually buck rivets. Cherrymax are perfectly acceptable provided I use the proper sizes. I have the Cherrymax rivet gauge which shows correct size to use everytime so we're good to go. Thank you, Vans Aircraft. I match drilled the replacement parts. You have to fabricate the W407D doubler, but no big deal. Trial fit was perfect so next up is to edge finish the new pieces, prime, and install.
