Brief Description:  Test Avionics Panel after wiring

Hooray!! All the panel avionics have been wired up and truth time arrived. I still don't have all the panel switches installed so I used both the Pilot EFIS and/or a laptop connected to VPX to test stuff.
First surprise was with the metal garage door opened, the Skyview GPS still worked like a champ. The Garmin GTN750 would not secure enough satellites for its GPS to work. So, at 90 degrees I closed the garage door with a fan on and voila.... The GTN GPS came alive and all worked fine. I spent time configuring all the new avionics, the serial lines, the transponder, the maps, the Arinc, the ADSB, the SL40 and GTN750 COMS, the Audio Panel. Everything worked. No mikes wired yet because I didn't want to accidently transmit with antennas either disconnected or not temporarily grounded. However, I hooked up my Bose headset to both pilot and copilot temp jack and received very clear signals from both coms. I'm happy. Really happy. Then, I pulled both Skyviews and returned them to Dynon(RMA16161 and 16162) for warranty fix to a potential bad internal board that was subject to Dynon's recall. Waiting for them to return.
