Brief Description:  Install ADAHRS 1 and 2

Used 063 angle as the mounting base, strengthened with a middle support angle riveted to the upright and its a solid platform. Removed rear rivet of each side gusset on fuselage to reuse as mounting hole for forward most piece of angle. That required the slightest flexing past the middle support. The rear angle was checked and double checked for squareness to the mid line of the aircraft and riveted in place. Used the laser through several bulkhead tooling holes and marked the midline intersection onto these angles. That assured parallel alignment to the midline of the aircraft, and using that line, I clamped and drilled and clecoed the first ADAHRS. Used a digital caliper to maintain exact width between that one and the 2nd one, front and back. I clamped the second one and drilled it as well. So happens the rear line of these ADAHRS boxes falls exactly in line with the rear edge of the supporting angle. Thats good enough for me. Holes are .187 and I have brass bolts, but need lock washers and nuts. Brass. All he SS I checked had some level of magnetic interference, so its Brass.
