Installed (again) panel in the plane and drilled the support ribs to the sub panel. Reinstalled all the big stuff and it all is good to go. Hooray!! Panel is very solid. I will position and drill the other two panel ribs outboard of the two skyviews and trim them to avoid switch interference. So, its 2 more ribs install, drill switch holes, make a switch anti rotation copy of the holes in a strip of extra material which will have the switch and antirotation holes in it. Mount the switches through that copy, through the panel and the panel doesn't need any anti rotation holes in it. Looking at potential panel paint. I still like the hammered gray and as you can see, theres not a lot of un occupied panel so its mainly an accent thing.
All big stuff mounted and fits just right.
Panel ribs support the stack by attachment to sub panel.
